Policy on refund, exchange and repair of watches

At ZcClone, we care about each and every customer, and we are dedicated to creating an exceptional watch buying experience for you. In order to make your watch purchase trip without worries, we have carefully prepared a caring return and maintenance service policy, only to protect your every satisfaction and smile.

Refund policy

You can return your watch within 14 days of buying it if you meet these sweet little requirements:

· The watch was brand new, not a trace of wear.

· All the small labels, stickers and protectors are intact, just as they were when they were received. (If the cover is missing, we can only say “no” with regret, because it does not comply with our return rules.)

· The watch is still in its original packaging, the box and the manual are there. Also, don’t forget to include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

The refund process is also simple:

First find our customer service partners, tell them you want to return the watch, and then send them some photos or videos of the watch to see and get our “can return” reply, then carefully pack the watch and all the accessories, choose a tracking, insured express way to send back.

We receive the watch, check and confirm that it is OK, we will refund your money within 5 working days, the refund method is the same as your original payment.

Exchange policy

· Watch status: The watch needs to remain in the original, unworn state, just like the first time.

· Complete accessories: All labels, stickers and guards need to be intact, they are the small guards of the watch! (Note: If the protective cover is lost, we regret that we will not be able to exchange it for you, as this is against our exchange policy.)

· Original packaging: The watch needs to come with its original packaging, including a beautiful box and a detailed manual, so that they can go home together.

· Proof of purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, which is proof of your connection with the watch.

The exchange process is super simple:

1. Contact customer service: With one click, get in touch with our customer service team, tell them which watch you want to exchange, and start your journey.

2. Get approved: Our customer service partner will quickly review your request, once approved, please start preparing your watch to go home!

3. Careful packing: Please pack the watch and all accompanying items carefully and choose a tracking and safe transportation method to ensure their safe arrival.

4. Check and exchange: After we receive the watch, we will check it immediately, and after confirming that it is correct, we will send your desired replacement watch quickly. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund accordingly, so that you can exchange peace of mind.

Warranty and maintenance policy

Watch warranty service description

All watches sold by United Luxury come with a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers problems caused by manufacturing defects or faults under normal conditions of use.

Warranty coverage:

· Manufacturing defects and failures: including inaccurate movement time, non-human damage of internal parts failure, etc. Conditions that are not covered by warranty

· Damage caused by accident, abuse or unauthorized repair: such as damage caused by external factors such as dropping, bumping, crushing, or further failure caused by unofficial repair.

· Appearance damage: such as scratches, bumps, wear and other appearance problems.

Maintenance process

· If your watch fails during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with detailed repair instructions.

· Please pack the watch carefully and send it to us using a traceable and insurable shipping method.

· Upon receipt of the watch, our professional watch technicians will assess the repair needs and provide you with an estimated repair schedule and cost (if applicable).

· After the repair is complete, the watch will be returned to you under normal working conditions.

Extra service

· For watches out of warranty period, we also provide repair service, but will charge the corresponding fee. Please contact us for a repair quote and further instructions.
